MISSION DOC 02
Terms of Use
These are the plain house rules for booking a seat and joining a session under the dome. Booking a slot means you and your group agree to them for the visit.
Bookings and seats
A confirmed booking holds your seats in the twelve-chair ring for the session and time you chose. Docking opens fifteen minutes before launch; arrive within that window so hosts can seat the whole crew before the lights drop. Seat assignments are made by the venue, and every chair sees the full dome.
Changes and no-shows
If your plans change, let us know ahead of time and we will move your booking to another night where seats are open. Unclaimed seats may be released to waiting guests once a session begins. Because the door closes on a running mission, latecomers join at the mid-session break rather than mid-play.
Conduct under the dome
The dome only works when the room stays dark and calm. Voices drop during the briefing, bright phone screens wait in the airlock lockers, and feet stay off the reclined seat frames. Guests who repeatedly disrupt a session may be asked to step out so the rest of the crew can carry on.
Safety and comfort
A curved screen filling your view can feel intense during fast motion. Tell a host if you feel unsettled and we will adjust your seat or the recline. Younger crews are welcome at our early weekend slots, which run shorter and calmer than the full-dark sessions.
Your own equipment
Blankets are welcome, and the room sits cool at 19°C. Please leave the venue's seats, screen, and sound rig as you found them. The venue is not responsible for personal items left behind, though we will hold anything found and returned to the desk.
An entertainment space — gambling-free.
